Sellerview. Refund Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
We want you to be sure Sellerview is right for your Amazon business. If it isn't, you can get your money back. This page explains how, in plain English.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the date of your transaction. You don't need to give a reason.
Refunds go back to the payment method you paid with. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid plan it covered ends.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for the orders it processes, and it handles payments, invoices and refunds for them. For those orders, refunds are issued by Paddle in line with this page and Paddle's Refund Policy.
Every plan starts with a free trial, and you don't need a card to start it. You are not charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you leave before it ends.
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments, and your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
If you cancel more than 14 days after a payment, that payment isn't refunded for the unused part of the period, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
Nothing on this page limits any right to withdraw, cancel or be refunded that consumer law in your country gives you. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law applies.
Email support@sellerview.ai. A real person replies, usually the same day.
